Temporal Lobe Epilepsy.
I have not been diagnosed or anything, but after researching this for awhile I’ve found that I possibly have TLE. It is the most bizarre thing ever…terrifying to think that I’m having seizures and have been for the past year. I can’t even describe the feelings to people; it’s too hard. I feel so strange because my doctor could hardly figure it out…but when I finally remembered to mention that after my episodes of nausea, deja vu, dizziness, and hot flashes, I feel extremely fatigued, he told me that the fatigue changes everything. But it’s so hard to remember all the symptoms I experience during these episodes because there are so many of them; I need to start writing them down after I endure my episodes.
My doctor has recommended me to see a neurologist and get an EEG done…my appointment is for October 14th. I am so scared…I read that these rarely are followed by Grand Mal seizures, but with the way my health is, I wouldn’t be surprised if I started getting those, too. -_- I really hope these episodes don’t ever get worse, and I am really praying that the neurologist finds the problem and is able to either fix it or prescribe me something. Because these episodes really are horrid. :(
