I forgot to mention!! The other day while I was working at the Junior Lifeguard Competition, I met this wonderful old lady who was painting and she insisted that I go and paint with her. So I did and we talked about life and kids and art and literally everything and she was exactly like me! Only she moved here about three years ago and she understood how I felt about kids and said “I love my children to death, but if I had went back in time, I would not have kids” and her grandchildren speak fluent French (at 7 and 12!!) because their dad is French and they were cutest little girls with AMAZING talent (like I can’t even paint like that omg) and she was one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met omg
